Hampton Inn South Plainfield-Piscataway

This hotel was amazing. I stayed six nights with my family . From the time I entered the door, I was greeted with a smile and friendly face by Zulakar. When arriving to my room it was very clean throughout.The bathroom was spotless. No dark spots around the tun nor water stains. I was very pleased by that. The pool was a bonus for the kids they loved it. Theresa, Mireya,Hannah,and Linda were all wonderful. I don't know all of the other staff members but everyone I came in contact with, was pleasantly friendly. I definitely would stay again.

The customer service representative at the front desk was outstanding. The decor was amazing, the breakfast was delicious hot and fresh. My was comfortable amazing and inviting. This hotel is in the middle of everything.I walked across the parking lot and there was a dollar tree.There was a shop right. This hotel was just so quiet and peaceful. If i've been in the area I would choose this hotel time and time again.

We planned to stay just one night but ended up staying six! The hotel felt really welcoming — very clean, with kind staff. Breakfast was great, with hot food and tasty waffles. The pool was so nice and clean that the kids didn’t want to leave, day or night. The location is perfect too — lots of good places to eat nearby (pho, sushi, Applebee’s, Long Horn Steak House, a French bakery), plus plenty of Asian stores. After busy days in New York, it was so nice to relax here. And best of all no mosquitoes!

The front desk agent Theresa is an absolute gem. She knew my name when we walked theough the front door and had everything ready for us. She accommodated our need for an early check in, and offered umbrellas for my family. SUCH a sweetheart. It is obvious she truly cares about the quality of stay her guests experience, and that means so much. I didnt catch the name of the breakfast attendant but she was also really sweet and patient, helping my kids make waffles and putting on the whipped cream. The best! Thank you!

This amazing hotel was an unexpected find. We got stuck here in a storm/flood, and the excellent staff and manager, Mike, went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable for our whole family. He even had coloring pages and crayons for our daughter. Breakfast was amazing. The room was clean with good air conditioning. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and multiple settings. The pool also looked really nice, though we didn’t have a chance to swim. And they have complimentary coffee, tea, and water 24/7 in the lobby. Couldn’t ask for more. (Also, as I’m writing this at breakfast, Mike is talking to and helping out a lot of other guests in the same way. This guy might be the best hotel manager I’ve ever seen.)

I’m so happy to go to this Hotel! I always feel welcome by the staff and I don’t know all their names but I never have any issue. In particularly Linda was a great help one day that I made the wrong date for my booking. She was very resourceful and was whiling to help right away. She was in the phone trying to talk to my booking agency trying to resolve my issue and she was able to get me a place to sleep that night! Can’t be thankful enough for help. The place is also nice and clean and every time I go to the room is in great shape. The Staff already know me and I’m also a member for the Hilton Honors Program in which I get water and snacks! People here do deserve all 5 stars reviews. Special thank you for Linda for helping me out that day. In addition thank you to Romeo and the others for always being helpful all the time and wish I knew all their names but all deserve credit. I’m a very happy regular customer and I will always come back to this hotel. Thank You!!!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this location. The staff was outstanding. Hanna was excellent and I must say a big thank you to the room attendant. She did a great job. I definitely recommend this location 100%, and I will be visiting again very soon.

I enjoyed my stay but knocked off points for an issue with my room. First, the staff were incredible! Hannah and Teresa were great and responded quickly to inquiries! However, my issue was the Eco mode for the in room air conditioning. My room went into Eco mode every night and I woke up in a very hot and stuffy room. When I asked the team about it, they said they would try to turn it off, but the problem was not solved before I left.
